Online Guidance and Advice Service

olga image OLGA is our online guidance and advice service and contains a range of very useful information sheets, technical guidance notes and specimen documents. It replaces the former Reference Manual for Community organisations and Advisers.

OLGA is made up of 3 sections: information sheets which provide practical, easy to use guidance; technical guidance notes which give more detailed; and technical guidance and specimen documents that complement both. Together they provide a complete resource for managing a community organisation and its premises.

You will find four symbols on various sheets: Pre Visible, Visible, Assets and Legal. These are designed to show at a glance where the particular document has relevance.

The documents within OLGA are all individually priced. Members will need to sign in first to download the documents free of charge from the Members Area.
