Model Policies

• • Model Policy Statement on Safeguarding: This template is provided for organisations to use to state clearly their policy on safeguarding to visitors to their centre and others that they work with. The statement should be well publicised – e.g. on a poster or notice board in your building. It should certainly be brought to the attention of all existing and new workers with children and young people and discussed with them as part of their induction process.
